The time it takes to build up pressure is determined by the amount in the pot. Larger amounts take longer to reach the indicated pressure, ranging from 1 to 11 minutes. To maintain a high temperature in the pot, sauté the products in batches. If you double the amount of ingredients in the recipe, do not double the cooking time. Make sure you do not exceed the maximum filling limit of the pot. When cooking under pressure, it takes a few minutes before you can open the lid at the end of a cooking program. This is due to the suction power between the steel surface and the sealing ring. The automatic pressure release time varies between 1 and 7 minutes, depending on the amount of food in the appliance. If the food has more liquid than necessary, you can reduce it using the "Sauté" function or add cornstarch. To reduce cooking time, chop the ingredients into smaller pieces. Make sure that the utensils you use are compatible with the ceramic layer inside the multicooker. It is recommended to use wooden, plastic or silicone utensils.
