Thus was born Samurai Gourmet, a range that brings together the tradition and precision of Japan with the open and warm spirit of Romania. The natural partner for this project was Chef Rikito Watanabe, a name that conquered Romania with his energy, authentic style and passion for Japanese cuisine. For over a decade here, Riki has managed to build a bridge between two cultures: the discipline and finesse of Japan, and the warmth and creativity of Romania. Samurai Gourmet is not just a collection of dishes and knives, it is an invitation to explore. It is a way in which anyone can discover a touch of the spirit of Japan right in their own kitchen, without barriers, without compromises. And so, after more than a year and a half of work, discussions, testing and refinements, the Cooking by Heinner team together with Rikito Watanabe bring to the Romanian public a collection created with a lot of soul, meant to inspire, connect and transform each meal into an authentic experience.
